Below, you’ll find my planning packages from full-service custom itineraries to quick consultations. Each one is designed to take the stress off your plate and get you from “Where do I even start?” to “I can’t wait to go!”

Tailored Travel Services Designed to Make Your Vacation Seamless

Planning your trip should feel exciting—not overwhelming. Here’s how the process works when you book with Carey-ed Away Travel:

 

Step 1: Tell Me About Your Trip

Start by filling out my travel intake form so I can get a sense of your dream destination, travel style, and priorities. The more details, the better!

 

Step 2: Let’s Chat

We’ll connect via email or phone (your choice) to go over your preferences, answer questions, and narrow down what kind of planning support you need.

 

Step 3: Lock It In

Once we’ve figured out the best planning package for your trip, you’ll pay the planning fee (unless your trip qualifies for my complimentary services). 

 

Step 4: The Magic Begins

From there, I’ll start researching, curating, and booking your perfect vacation. I’ll handle all the logistics, so you can focus on the fun.

Complimentary

Some trips don’t require heavy customization but that doesn’t mean you should go it alone! I offer complimentary booking services for select vacations, ensuring you still benefit from expert advice, seamless booking, and added perks without any extra planning fees.
 

Includes:

  • Cruise bookings

  • All-inclusive resort stays

  • Pre-packaged independent/group trips

NOTE: Complimentary services are available for both new and returning clients. However, if I’ve provided two separate proposals and you haven’t moved forward with a confirmed booking, a non-refundable $100 planning fee will be required to continue.

Custom Itinerary Planning

When your trip needs more than just a click-to-book approach, custom planning ensures every detail is thoughtfully handled. Whether you're booking a quick getaway or mapping out a multi-stop adventure, I’ll tailor the experience to fit your style, priorities, and travel goals. From resort stays with a few moving parts to full-scale international itineraries, I offer planning packages designed to match the level of support your trip needs. You’ll get personalized recommendations, seamless logistics, and ongoing support so all you have to do is enjoy the journey!

Essentials Package:
$150

For travelers who need guidance, but not all the bells and whistles. Perfect for quick getaways or straightforward trips, this journey gives you expert recommendations and booking support without overcomplicating things.
 

Includes:

  • One destination*

  • Up to 5 nights

  • Up to 4 travelers *

  • Hand-picked accommodations

  • Activity & dining suggestions

  • Transportation advice

  • Dedicated support before & during travel

Signature Journey:
$350

For travelers looking for a thoughtfully crafted, seamless experience. This package covers more moving parts. It's ideal for honeymoons, multi-city vacations, or family trips so you can relax knowing every detail is handled.
 

Includes:

  • 6-10 nights

  • Up to 3 destinations*

  • Up to 4 travelers*

  • Customized day-by-day itinerary

  • Hotel bookings, excursions, transportation coordination

  • Dining recommendations

  • Dedicated support before & during travel

Bespoke Journey:
$500+

For travelers who want the ultimate personalized adventure.
No two trips are alike, and this journey is designed for complex, multi-destination, or bucket list vacations that require extra attention, creativity, and coordination.
 

Includes:

  • 10+ nights, up to 6 destinations*

  • Complete, highly detailed itinerary tailored to your interests & budget

  • Accommodation, tours, transportation & dining fully arranged

  • Ongoing communication & itinerary adjustments

  • Dedicated support before & during travel

Important Planning Guidelines

To keep things fair and efficient for everyone, I use the following guidelines when determining planning scope:

 

*What counts as a destination?
For planning purposes, a “destination” means any overnight stop that requires its own logistics—like separate hotel bookings, transfers, or activity planning. For example, a trip to Italy with stays in Rome, Florence, and Venice counts as three destinations, even though it’s just one country.
If your trip includes more destinations than what’s covered in your selected package, you can add extra stops for $100 each.

 

*Group size and per-person fee:
My standard packages include planning for up to 4 travelers. For larger parties, there’s a small fee of $25 per additional traveler, which helps cover the added communication, coordination, and itinerary management involved with larger groups.

Stand Alone Services

For travelers who like to plan—but want it done right.

If you enjoy booking your own trips but want a second set of (expert) eyes on it, I offer a selection of stand-alone services to help you plan smarter, avoid rookie mistakes, and travel with confidence.

These services are perfect for DIY travelers who want a little backup, not a full concierge experience.

AIRFARE BOOKING ASSISTANCE:

$25 per ticket (Domestic)

$50 per ticket (International)

Don’t want to spend hours comparing flights, filters, and fare rules? Let me handle it. I’ll find the best flight options based on your travel needs and preferences—so you can skip the stress and still book it yourself or let me take care of it.
 

ITINERARY REVIEW $50
Already booked your trip but not 100% sure everything flows smoothly? I’ll review your flights, transfers, accommodations, and timing to make sure your trip actually works in real life—not just on paper. Especially useful for international trips where connection times, customs, and baggage re-checks can cause surprise headaches.

DINING & TOUR RECOMMENDATIONS $50: Need help narrowing down the must-do’s at your destination? I’ll create a curated list of restaurant recs, top tours, and local experiences tailored to your travel style. No influencer fluff—just solid suggestions that match your vibe.

 

CUSTOM ITINERARY/APP $25: All your trip details in one place -- flights, hotels, tours, confirmation numbers, and more, all accessible via a link or app. I’ll load everything into an organized, mobile-friendly format so you’re not digging through emails at the airport or scrolling screenshots in a panic.

 

FULL CONCIERGE PACKAGE $150: 

Want it all handled? This bundle includes:

  • Airfare booking for up to 4 tickets (domestic or international)

  • Review of what you have already booked/plan to book to ensure the trip flows smoothly

  • Personalized dining and tour recommendations

  • A fully loaded custom itinerary app with all your trip details in one place
