For qualifying cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and select pre-packaged vacations, my planning support may be complimentary when booked through Carey-ed Away Travel. If your trip is straightforward and you already know what you want, you may not need a full custom planning package at all.

Designed for trips of more than 14 nights, more than 6 destinations, or itineraries with exceptional planning complexity.

Because no two Grand Journeys are alike, the planning fee is customized based on the length, number of destinations, logistics, research requirements, and overall complexity of your trip.

Grand Journey planning begins at $999. A custom planning fee will be provided after I review the scope of your trip.

Priority Planning

Expedited planning service

Traveling soon or need your planning moved ahead of my current project schedule? Priority Planning may be available for an additional fee.

The fee is 20% of your selected planning package, with a $99 minimum, and reflects the additional scheduling demands required to prioritize your trip while continuing to serve existing clients.

Priority Planning is subject to availability and may not be available during high-volume travel periods.

Urgent travel support

Best for: Travelers who have already booked some or all of their vacation but need professional help troubleshooting an itinerary, fixing logistical problems, filling in missing pieces, or organizing what they've already booked.

Maybe your transportation doesn't line up. Maybe you've booked hotels but haven't figured out what happens between them. Maybe your itinerary has gotten more complicated than expected. Or maybe you've simply reached the point where twelve browser tabs, five confirmation emails, and conflicting advice from the internet have defeated you.

Travel Rescue may include:
