Applies to qualifying cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and select packaged vacations booked through Carey-ed Away Travel. Includes consultation, curated recommendations, quote guidance, booking support, payment reminders, document review, itinerary app when applicable, and support for booked components. Custom land itineraries and airfare booking are not included.
02.Mini Escape $99
Up to 3 nights | 1 Destination | 4 Guests. This package is best for short domestic getaways or brief pre/post cruise extensions. It's designed for travelers who want help choosing the right stay, narrowing the options, and adding light guidance without full custom itinerary planning. Includes a brief planning consultation, curated stay recommendations, basic destination guidance, activity and dining ideas, simple transportation tips, and flight recommendations.
03.Essential Journey $199
Up to 5 nights | 2 Destination | 4 Guests. Designed for short international escapes, compact city stays, or cruise extensions that need more structure than a quick getaway. Includes neighborhood guidance, curated hotel recommendations, basic itinerary structure, transportation tips, activity booking links, flight recommendations when helpful, booking support, itinerary app, and support for booked components.
04.Signature Journey $499
Covers up to 10 nights, 4 destinations, and 4 guests. Designed for custom vacations that need more structure, guidance, and coordination from start to finish. Best for multi-city trips, honeymoons, family vacations, and milestone travel. Includes an in-depth consultation, curated stays, custom itinerary design, transportation and flight support, activity and dining guidance, booking support, itinerary app, and support for booked components.
05.Bespoke Journey $749
Designed for highly personalized vacations that need extra customization, coordination, and thoughtful detail from start to finish. Best for longer trips, multi-destination itineraries, luxury travel, special celebrations, and travelers who want a more tailored experience. Includes an in-depth consultation, curated stays, custom itinerary design, transportation and flight support, activity and dining guidance, booking support, itinerary app, and support for booked components.
06.Grand Journey $999+
Grand Journey is designed for extended travel, multi-country itineraries, and trips with multiple guests or extra moving pieces. Best for bucket-list vacations, family or group travel, milestone celebrations, and longer international adventures that need thoughtful planning and coordination. Includes custom itinerary design, curated stays, transportation guidance, activity and dining recommendations, booking support, itinerary app, and support for booked components. Inquire for details.
07.Collective Journey
Collective Journey is designed for friends, families, celebrations, clubs, and organizations traveling together. The initial design fee (varies) covers destination research, itinerary development, supplier coordination, group pricing, and the booking framework. A $25 fee per registered guest covers traveler communication, rooming lists, payment tracking, confirmations, and document coordination.
08.Priority Planning $99
Priority Planning is designed for travelers who need a custom trip planned on a faster timeline. For mini or essentials trips that means travel within 30 days. For Signature-level and above, that's trips within 60 days. Includes expedited consultation, curated options, itinerary design, booking support, transportation and activity guidance, itinerary app, and support for booked components. Subject to availability and complexity.
09.Emergency Rescue $199
For trips already in motion that need help fast. Emergency Rescue helps untangle messy plans, review what’s booked, identify gaps, organize details, and recommend next steps so your trip feels less chaotic and more manageable.
Not Every Trip Requires a Planning Package
While comprehensive planning involves intricate logistics and expert curation, some journeys are beautifully simple. If you've already identified your dream resort or cruise and simply need a professional to secure the reservation with added VIP perks, a full planning package may not be necessary.
My goal is to provide exactly the level of support you need. For straightforward hotel bookings, I can often assist in a complimentary capacity, ensuring you receive breakfast credits, room upgrades, and resort amenities through my industry partnerships.
